[Black Metal] Endstille

Endstille is a german black metal band whose lyrics focus on war and anti-christianity.
Most of their stuff deals with World War I & (more importantly) II.
Contrary to popular belief, they are NOT an NSBM band.
Even though most of their songs contain references to german military during WWII, and their cover art is littered with WOII imagery, they do not have fascist beliefs.
They expressly disassociate theirselves with any form of extreme-right political views, and states that their music is made to sound like and lyrically revolve around war.
The bandmembers are from Slesvigland, which is between Denmark and Germany. Their mentality is much more like the scandinavian way of life, and they can't associate themselves with Germany, let alone their political views..

The band describes its sound as "ugly, aggressive Black-Metal with the fire-speed of a MG42 and the power of heavy ship-artillery", which sounds pretty damn accurate to me Smile

It's fast-paced, brutal and loud, just like the wars they try to convey to their audience.
